Job Overview:
As a Houseman, you will be a vital support member of the housekeeping team, responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of various areas within the establishment. **Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Public Area Cleaning:**

- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
2. **Support for Room Attendants:**
- Assist room attendants by replenishing their supply carts with clean linens, towels, and amenities.
- Collect dirty linens, towels, and trash from guest rooms and deliver them to the appropriate laundry or disposal areas.
- Help with the delivery of additional guest requests, such as cribs or extra bedding.
3. **Maintenance and Repairs:**
- Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, fixing minor plumbing issues, and repairing furniture.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs that require specialized attention to the maintenance team.
4. **Event Setup and Support:**
- Assist in setting up and rearranging furniture and equipment for events, meetings, and conferences.

5. **Outdoor Maintenance:**
