The Restaurant Supervisor play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our restaurant. The Restaurant Supervisor oversee the daily activities of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient workflows, and a positive work environment for our staff. The Restaurant Supervisor's leadership and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:

  •  Provide clear leadership and guidance to restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen staff.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by setting an example of professionalism and teamwork.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service and meet performance goals.
  • Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours and special events.

2. Customer Service:

   - Ensure that guests have a memorable dining experience by maintaining high-quality service standards.

   - Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a prompt and professional manner.

   - Monitor customer satisfaction and make improvements based on feedback.

3. Operations Management:

   - Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures.

   - Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and coordinate with vendors to ensure a well-stocked and organized establishment.

   - Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment.

   - Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions.

4. Quality Control:

   - Ensure that all food and beverages meet established quality standards and presentation guidelines.

   - Conduct regular inspections to maintain the restaurant's cleanliness, ambiance, and adherence to brand standards.

   - Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation.

5. Financial Management:

   - Assist in budget planning and cost control measures to optimize profitability.

   - Monitor sales and revenue, identifying opportunities for upselling and cost-saving strategies.

   - Handle cash handling and financial transactions accurately and securely.

6. Guest Relations:

   - Build and maintain positive relationships with regular customers and VIPs.

   - Address guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively, striving for resolutions that leave guests satisfied.

7. Reporting and Documentation:

   - Maintain accurate records of daily sales, inventory, and employee performance.

   - Prepare reports for management, detailing operational and financial performance.

   - Collaborate with management on strategic planning and goal setting.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant industry.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations gracefully.

- Proficiency in restaurant POS systems and basic computer applications.

- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Working Conditions:

Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Physical demands include standing, walking, and participating in recreational activities.
